Welcome back… How is your war on waste working? I have had many comments from my readers about what they are doing to combat waste and it makes me happy that so many people care about the world we live in.

These posts and my Monday posts do bear many similarities and crossover sometimes my sadness at the amount of poverty and starvation which still exists in this world and how we can address that as mothers, fathers, chefs and chief bottle washers.
